Some outlets/switches are disconnected from the fuse box as they would cause a fuse to burn out, or as part of diagnosing the cause of a fuse burning out. This includes the garage, exterior outlet at the front of the house, switch for exterior light at back of house, ”microwave” outlet on kitchen wall, mid-height junction box in living room. This list may not be exhaustive. Blue painters tape is used to mark some disconnected or dead locations.

Plumbing

Water softener present in basement, it appears non-functional.

Bathroom

Floor damage between toilet and bathtub.

Basement

Block wall basement has gaps between blocks, block shearing, wall bowing, wall leaning. This affects most walls in the basement except short wing walls to one degree or another. There is a sump pit and drain tubing under the floor. A new sump pump is needed, possibly replacement of the drainage system, and reinforcement of the walls.

Garage

The base of the north wall of the garage is being pushed south into the garage by earth on the property line causing the wall to be out of plumb. Garage door is difficult to move. Some rot of siding at the base of walls.

Front steps and sidewalk

Front steps and sidewalk have some settling, Railings missing from front steps.

Driveway

Driveway surface is rough and chipping.
