Some outlets/switches are disconnected from the fuse box as they would cause a fuse to burn out, or as part of diagnosing the cause of a fuse burning out. This includes the garage, exterior outlet at the front of the house, switch for exterior light at back of house, ”microwave” outlet on kitchen wall, mid-height junction box in living room. This list may not be exhaustive. Blue painters tape is used to mark some disconnected or dead locations.
Water softener present in basement, it appears non-functional.

Block wall basement has gaps between blocks, block shearing, wall bowing, wall leaning. This affects most walls in the basement except short wing walls to one degree or another.
