We used the "FSBO plus MLS enhanced option". With this option we used Seth Pfaehler to put our listing on the MLS, who was equally amazing! We would sell using this method again! Our house had an extremely competitive accepted offer very quickly (roughly 20 days on the market!) Would recommend this over a "traditional realtor process" any day!! FSBO was a great seamless way to sell our house!
